Every night of the Spencer Picnic you can enjoy live entertainment on the Gene Reynolds stage. There is no admission fee.
Spencer Picnic 1991 Movie Bob Marx has just provided us with his really cool 58 minute movie about the 1991 Spencer Picnic. Bob was the official videographer that year and this has many surprises! The Spencer Picnic Parade is always held on Saturday morning starting at 10:30 in the village of Spencer. More than 100 groups are in the parade and there is a contest for best float/entry! Businesses, organizations, churches, neighborhoods and individual all are part of the parade. It includes bands, horses, firetrucks, clowns, beauty queens, classic cars and lots of candy for the kiddies!  
Kiddie Parade
The event that is guaranteed to get more "Awe's" then a fireworks show.  This is parent favorite as the cutest Spencer have to offer parades through the park and into your hearts.
The Spencer Chamber of Commerce sponsors the popular bingo booth all four nights of the Spencer Picnic. Various groups from our community help staff the booth that donates all of its proceeds to charity and community organizations. It is fun and a chance to catch up with old and new friends. B-11, B-11!  
Talent Show
You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll be amazed at the talent this small community has.
Rides on the Midway The midway isn't only home to fun and challenging games, but quite a few exciting rides. Whether you are grown up and want to ride the Gravitron or the Hurricane or you are just getting on a kiddie ride for the first time, the Spencer Picnic has a ride for you.
Spencer Picnic has two pageants. The Little Miss and Mister Spencer Picnic (Thursday night), and the Miss Spencer Picnic pageant Wednesday night). These extremely popular events give friends and families a chance see loved ones on stage and exuding personality! All contestants and winners are invited to be in the parade on Saturday.
Games on the Midway
How fast can you pitch a baseball? Can you toss the ping pong ball into the fishbowl? How about knocking down three of those crazy stuffed creatures with a baseball? Are you good at popping balloons with a dart? Test your skill at one of the many games on the midway. Who doesn't want to win the gigantic stuffed animal for your best girlfriend or boyfriend?
Food & Treats!
The Spencer Chamber of Commerce and the Lion's Club both provide food booths all four days of the Picnic. Everyone gets drawn in by the smell of sausage, onions and peppers, burgers and more cooking over the open grills! Deep fried goodies, pizza and more are avaialble. The Spencer Chamber food booth is staffed by volunteer groups, year after year. Thank you volunteers. Also, snow cones, popcorn, cotton candy and drinks of all kinds are available.
Local Vendors
The Picnic would not be complete with vendor row! Participate in a silent auction, buy fun toys, crafts, hats, t-shirts, and much more. And meet some of our great local merchants and service companies.
Fire Works
No Spencer Picnic is complete without an amazing Fireworks display.  Bring the whole family and join in the fun.
Car Show
Enjoy cars of every shape, size and era.  Every year this is a family favorite!
